• Each project plan includes phased milestones, with key activities specified for every engineering discipline in each phase.
• We communicate frequently with you to assure mutual understanding of the project's scope, seek each other's counsel, and keep the design process on track.
• We schedule design reviews with you at critical points in each phase of your project's development to ensure that the product meets your specifications.
• At least weekly-and often daily-we contact you to discuss our deliverables and address budget and schedule considerations.
